– The warranty is valid for two (2) years, starting from the delivery date.

– The entire product, including all its components, is covered under warranty, except for issues resulting from user errors. Parts that require replacement or calibration as part of routine maintenance are not covered under warranty.

– If any services listed as HPOTECH-specific in the periodic maintenance schedule in the User Manual are performed by an unauthorized person or company, the warranty will be voided.

– Repairs during the warranty period will be completed within a maximum of 30 business
days, starting from the date the manufacturer is informed of the issue. This repair time is added to the overall warranty period.

–Issues arising from improper use of the product, contrary to the guidelines provided in the User Manual, are excluded from the warranty.

– In case of disputes related to warranty rights, consumers may appeal to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in their locality.
