Cryonick Wellness Technology Factory / VACUACTIVUS Medstarcom warrants that new commercial fitness, spa, recovery, and cryotherapy equipment is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period specified below. The warranty period begins on the invoice date of the original purchase.
This warranty applies only to defects discovered within the warranty period and extends solely to the original purchaser. Parts repaired or replaced under warranty are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Standard Warranty Coverage
- All Cryonick Wellness Technology Factory products include a standard one (1) year manufacturer's warranty covering the body, motors, and parts of the equipment.
- Structural frame / body: 1 year
- Motors: 1 year
- Mechanical and electrical parts: 1 year
- Product labor: 1 year
- High-wear console items, including headphone jacks and USB connectors: 90 days
- Touch screens and media connectors: 90 days
Optional Extended Warranty
An optional extended warranty technical support plan may be available upon request at the date of purchase. The source warranty terms state that optional extended warranty service coverage up to 3 years must be elected no later than 10 days after purchase.
Warranty Claim Requirements
- The buyer must notify Cryonick Wellness Technology Factory / VACUACTIVUS Medstarcom or its authorized distributor within 10 days of discovering a nonconformity.
- The affected product must be made available for inspection by Cryonick Wellness Technology Factory or an authorized service representative.
- Warranty claims should include recipient name, installation location, installation date, proof of purchase, and confirmation that the equipment was received with an instruction manual.
Warranty Service
- The manufacturer undertakes to remedy qualifying defects discovered during the warranty period free of charge.
- For minor irregularities, replacement parts and instructions may be provided to minimize downtime.
- For serious malfunctions, the manufacturer may dispatch its own service team or an authorized service representative.
- Repairs are stated to be completed within 90 days from the date of proper notification.
- Warranty service is provided at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. If the issue can be resolved with replacement parts and straightforward installation, parts may be shipped without dispatching a technician.
Maintenance Recommendation
For safe and reliable operation, devices and electrical systems should undergo periodic inspections and maintenance at least once every four (4) months. Failure to maintain records completed by an authorized party may limit or cancel warranty coverage.
Warranty Conditions
- The product must be originally installed and serviced by a Factory Authorized Service Provider and/or Certified Distributor.
- Equipment installed or serviced by unauthorized parties, or self-installed by the buyer, voids the warranty for the entire product.
- The product must remain in the possession of the original purchaser with proof of purchase available.
- The product must not be subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, improper service, or unauthorized modification.
- Claims must be made within the warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions
- Improper handling, misuse, or operation contrary to the intended purpose.
- Acts of force majeure, including fire, flood, and lightning.
- Mechanical damage caused by external forces.
- Modifications, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or changes to factory settings.
- Relocation, disassembly, assembly, installation, or reinstallation by unauthorized third parties or customer self-installation.
- Damage due to broken or tampered warranty seals.
- Improper electrical connection that does not meet manufacturer requirements.
- Software updates and software defects that do not materially affect normal exercise functionality at installation.
- Internet or Bluetooth connectivity, ISP service, routers, cabling, media input compatibility, broadcast standard changes, signal quality issues, and compatibility with future services.
- Third-party products, applications, accessories, speakers, cables, and low-voltage wiring.
- Labor performed outside manufacturer-authorized locations.
- Equipment installed outside the country of purchase.
Non-Covered Components
- Consumables and wear items including connecting cords, plugs, sockets, switches, buttons, batteries, cables, wire covers, belts, pedals, massage mats, decorative strips, aroma containers, RFID tokens, cable raceway, and fuse systems.
- Naturally wear-prone components including strips, bearings, ropes, springs, pulleys, hinges, wedges, screw connections, hydraulic parts, leather surfaces, wooden panels or bottoms, pillows, chairs, and similar components subject to natural wear.
- Cosmetic parts, plastic or painted surfaces, rust, corrosion, unusual wear, or cosmetic/structural/functional damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, improper service or installation, mishandling, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow maintenance procedures.
Exclusive Remedies and Limitations
If a product fails to conform to warranty terms, the manufacturer may, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace the product, ship replacement parts with instructions, or refund the purchase price.
The manufacturer and its suppliers are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including equipment damage, property damage, loss of use, loss of revenue or profit, substitute equipment costs, or additional buyer costs.
Warranty and Payment Status
Warranty, technical support, and customer service are automatically canceled if the buyer fails to pay the full order amount or service charge within 20 days of delivery or installation. Once canceled, warranty coverage cannot be restored, even if the balance is later paid.
