Warranty Terms
Warranty Coverage
The Manufacturer of Cryonick Factory fitness and spa equipment provides the following limited warranty, effective from the date of invoice, subject to proper use in accordance with the instruction manual:
Structural Frame / Body: 1 year
Motors: 1 year
Mechanical and Electrical Parts: 1 year
Product Labor: 1 year
High-Wear Console Items (headphone jacks, USB connectors): 90 days
Touch Screens / Media Connectors (color or other types): 90 days
An optional extended warranty technical support plan is available upon request on date of purchase
Warranty Service
The Manufacturer undertakes to remedy, free of charge, any defects discovered during the warranty period.
For minor irregularities, replacement parts and instructions will be provided to minimize downtime.
For serious malfunctions, the Manufacturer will dispatch either its own service team or an authorized service representative to complete the repair.
Repairs will be completed within 90 days of the date of proper notification.
Maintenance Recommendation
For safe and reliable operation, devices and their electrical systems should undergo periodic inspections and maintenance at least once every four (4) months. Failure of maintenance records completed by authorized party is a subject of warranty limitation or cancellation.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from:
Improper handling, misuse, or operation contrary to the intended purpose.
Acts of force majeure (e.g., fire, flood, lightning).
Mechanical damage caused by external forces.
Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
Relocation, disassembling, assembling or installation (reinstallation) of equipment by unauthorized third parties or customer self installation.
Damage due to broken or tampered warranty seals.

Non-Covered Warranty Components
The warranty excludes:
Consumables and Wear Items: connecting cords, plugs, sockets, switches, buttons, batteries, cables, wire covers, belts, pedals, massage mats, decorative strips, aroma containers, etc.
Naturally Wear-Prone Components: strips, bearings, ropes, springs, pulleys, hinges, wedges, screw connections, hydraulic parts, leather surfaces, wooden panels or bottoms, pillows, chairs, and other elements subject to natural wear and tear.
Unless otherwise specified, defects in these components that are caused by normal wear are not covered under this warranty. Only failures due to inherent material or manufacturing defects are considered for review.
Warranty Exclusions and Limitations
This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

Software and Digital Systems
Any software updates.
Software defects that do not materially and negatively affect the exercise functionality of the product under normal use conditions at the time of installation.

Consumable and Cosmetic Items
Consumable goods and cosmetic parts, including plastic or painted surfaces, that are damaged or defaced due to abuse, misuse, accident, improper service or installation, mishandling, or unauthorized modification.
Cosmetic, structural, or functional damage (including rust, corrosion, or unusual wear) resulting from failure to follow the maintenance procedures described in the product documentation.

Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations
Repairs performed on Factory equipment without a valid serial number or where the serial tag has been altered or defaced.
Use or incorporation of any non-OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) replacement parts.
Modifications or design changes made by the user or unauthorized third parties.

Service and Maintenance Exclusions
Service calls for correcting improper installation or to instruct users on basic operation of the equipment.
Pickup and delivery charges related to repairs.
Any labor costs incurred beyond the applicable labor warranty period.
Failure to use required consumables (e.g., non-grease damage to cable raceways).

Components Not Covered
RFID tokens.
Cable raceway and fuse systems.

Damage from External Factors
Mechanical damage caused intentionally or unintentionally by external forces.
Thermal, chemical, or other damage from external factors beyond the Manufacturers control (including but not limited to power surges, lightning, flooding, or other force majeure events).
Improper protection of equipment from environmental factors such as humidity, temperature, or foreign objects.
Operation of equipment despite known faults or damage.

Improper Use
Damage resulting from use inconsistent with the instruction manual.
Damage caused by improper installation, relocation, or modification of installation settings.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or deliberate actions by the user or third parties.
