Manufacturing defects, lifetime product support, and fulfillment errors such as incorrect products shipped are covered by warranty. Eligible warranty claims receive product guidance and resolution for manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors during the coverage period.
Returns
Returns are accepted if the product is defective due to manufacturing issues or if an incorrect product was shipped. No restocking fees. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Products must be securely packaged for return.
