Warranty Information

Lifetime Warranty Coverage: (must be added at time of purchase, otherwise standard 2-year warranty applies)

Sedona offers a lifetime warranty against defects or malfunctions of the computer controller under normal use. This warranty excludes wear and tear of the applicator mat and applicator pillow. 

Technical Issues

Any technical issues must be reported to Sedona Wellness. Units requiring service must be returned to the address provided by the manufacturer. Under warranty all costs will be covered for technical repairs, including shipping.

Fee Structure for Warranty Issues

Pillow or Mat Applicator Pin Issues:

- Under extended warranty: A fee of $250 USD per pillow or mat applicator replacement applies. A replacement applicator will be sent. 
- Without extended warranty once 2-year standard warranty expires: A fee of $1250 USD per applicator replacement applies.

Limitations

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
